About Jessie Premium Elixir™
Silk with a secret in the sauce.
Jessie Premium Elixir™ is our silk filament, in a class by itself. The shine comes from blending Jessie PLA with TPU, and that blend is what sets Elixir™ apart: layers bond to each other the way ordinary silk PLA never quite manages, with low warp and some of TPU's impact resistance and flexibility thrown in. Print at standard temperatures for a satin finish, or raise the temperature and print fast for a deep, reflective shine.
Two finishes, one spool
Standard temperatures give a satin finish. Push the nozzle toward 240 °C and print fast for a mirror-like shine.
Stronger than a silk should be
Most silk PLA trades strength for shine. Elixir™ keeps both: the TPU in the blend bonds each layer to the next, so corners stay down and parts survive the drop.
Color you can specify
All nine Elixir colors are measured on a printed sample and published with HEX, Pantone® PMS, Pantone® FHI, RAL and CIELAB values.

Jessie Premium Elixir
The long awaited entry to Jessie Filament's is the Jessie Premium Elixir.
The secret to the shine is in the sauce, using Jessie PLA and TPU we are able to create a very strong and resilient Silk PLA(Elixir) with phenomenal bonding and exceptional layer adhesion this low warp Silk PLA is in a class by itself. The TPU in this polymer blend gives the PLA some of its attributes such as impact resistance and flexibility. If you want a satin finish, printing fast with standard temps or raise the temp to print fast with a beautiful reflective shine. This material is as versatile as you can be.
