Best sheet to use!
The Satin Spring Steel Sheet is the most used sheet that I have. Wouldn’t buy any other for 99% of 3D Printing needs.

My favorite build plate
My go to build plate for my two primary polymers I use PLA and PETG.

Best all purpose sheet
I switched to satin on all my Mk3s and Minis more than a year ago and print essentially everything that doesn't require the look-and-feel of the textured sheet on it. PLA, PETG, ASA, PC, TPU, everything sticks perfectly and comes off easily. Make sure you scrub the sheet with hot water and fragrant-free dish washing soap before first use and then so often, and use 90+ isopropyl alcohol between prints. Don't forget to use a separating agent such as Layerneer, Magigoo, or glue stick with TPU, or you'll rip the PEI right off the sheet.
