Fast Shipping

All in-stock orders are normally shipped by the next business day (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). Lead times for machines, backordered items, or high-volume sale periods may vary; please refer to the specific product page for details.
Please note: If your order contains an item with a lead time, the entire order will ship together once all items are available. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $50

Valid for all orders above $50 within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Free shipping is an upgrade to the service; however, Printed Solid reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier at our discretion, utilizing the most efficient and economical method available. Delivery typically takes 1-6 business days.

Paid Shipping: You may select the carrier of your choice at checkout for paid shipping:

• USPS Priority: 2-3 business days

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days

• UPS Ground: 1-5 business days

• FedEx Ground/Home Delivery: 1-5 business days
  If you require a special shipping method, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Restrictions

We are not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses, international destinations, U.S. territories, or port/freight forwarders. We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If a shipment is returned due to an invalid address or is unclaimed, we will refund the order minus the actual shipping and handling fees incurred.

Local Pick Up

If you would like to pick up your order at our facility in Delaware, use discount code LOCALDONOTSHIP at checkout. After ordering, you must email support@printedsolid.com with your order number. Once support confirms the order is ready, you may pick it up between 10 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
