Original Prusa CORE One L+
Think big. Print bigger.
The CORE One L+ is the large-format member of the CORE One family: 300 × 300 × 330 mm of usable print space — a full 30 liters, roughly double the standard CORE One — wrapped in an actively heated 60 °C chamber and built on an all-new all-aluminum AC heatbed with edge-to-edge heat distribution. It arrives assembled, factory-calibrated and print-tested. Stop slicing big models into pieces and gluing them back together. Designed and manufactured in the EU and the USA.
Pre-order now — estimated availability: Mid-October.
Orders are reserved in the order they are received and ship as soon as our allocation lands at Printed Solid in Wilmington, Delaware.
Double the volume. Barely more desk.
Compared with the CORE One+, the L+ takes only a slightly larger footprint — 469 × 521 mm — yet gives you twice the print volume. A massive 300 × 300 × 330 mm is waiting for your projects: helmet-scale cosplay pieces, full manufacturing jigs, architectural mockups and large functional enclosures, all in a single uninterrupted print.
Nothing about the workflow changes. Unpack it, plug it in, press Print. Everything that makes a CORE One reliable is still here — it is simply much, much bigger.

Everything you need to know before scrolling further.
Large prototypes that match the drawing
CT-scan-verified dimensional accuracy across the entire volume. What you design is what you get — no matter how big the project is.
A production run while you sleep
Built to run 24/7 without breaking a sweat. Fill the bed edge to edge, hit print, walk away, and wake up to a finished job.
A full helmet in one print
Cosplay and movie props, masks and large display pieces come out as a single seamless object. No glue lines to sand, no edges to align.
The bigger the build volume, the more of the job stays in-house. Add a couple of spools to your order so you can start exploring on day one.
Replacement Parts
Fix broken appliances and produce functional machinery parts in tough, carbon-fiber reinforced polymers like PA11-CF or PC-CF. RC cars, drones and mechanical linkages that often exceed the strength of the injection-molded originals.
Jigs & Fixtures
Print large manufacturing jigs, alignment tools and custom workholding fixtures in one go. Keep the production line running without outsourcing costly CNC parts.
Impact Absorbers
Flexible TPU is ideal for camera rigs, vibration dampeners, seals and protective bumpers. Print flexible, rubber-like items edge to edge on the spacious print sheet.
Cosplay & Scale Models
From architectural scale models to movie-grade prop making, the CORE One L+ prints highly detailed pieces in single, uninterrupted cycles.
Print huge objects — from edge to edge
Anyone can take a heatbed and make it larger. Doing it properly is a completely different challenge. Large printed objects tend to warp, and when heat distribution is inconsistent, their corners lift off the bed.
The CORE One L+ uses an all-new, all-aluminum AC heatbed with dual-loop heating. Heat distribution is beautifully uniform right out to the edges, which kills warping and cold corners. The printer automatically distinguishes between 110 V and 230 V mains and configures the bed accordingly, protected by multi-layer safety systems.
The result: place a part anywhere on the plate, including hard against the edge, without thinking about it.

Less than 2 °C variance across 99% of the surface
The thermal image tells the story better than any spec sheet: uniform heat across the whole plate versus the hot centre and cold corners typical of large-format competitors. That is the difference between a 300 mm part that stays flat and one that curls off the sheet at hour six.

Active chamber with smart temperature management
Two fans on the underside of the heatbed create a convection effect — pulling cold air in and blasting it across the massive heated surface to bring the whole chamber up to 60 °C quickly. That stable, warm environment is what lets ASA, ABS, PC and PA print without cracks, lifted corners or delamination.
For low-temperature materials the chamber vent opens automatically; for high-temperature materials it closes. You do not have to think about it.

Best Surface Quality
Everything is pre-calibrated and factory-tested. What you pick up off the heatbed can be used as the final product you ship to your customer. New GT1.5 belts make repeating surface patterns finer and harder to notice, especially on large, smooth faces.
Extreme Overhangs
360° part cooling lets the CORE One L+ print overhangs up to 75° without supports — less scrapped material, less post-processing and less time per part.
Precision & Repeatability
Internally developed, quality-focused print profiles mean models turn out exactly as designed, with dimensional accuracy proven by CT scan. Unit one and unit forty produce the same part.
Fast with every filament, not just special ones
The CORE One series is the fastest range Prusa has built — and the speed does not depend on proprietary "high-speed" material. A genuine high-flow CHT nozzle, CoreXY kinematics, Input Shaper and Phase Stepping combine to reach travel speeds of 500 mm/s without losing quality.
A proper FLEX
Flexible filaments are notoriously difficult. Not here. Switch the printer to Flex loading mode, feed the filament, and start producing durable, flexible parts across the full 300 × 300 mm sheet.

Tom's Hardware — Editor's Choice
"The CORE One L delivers Prusa's trademark build quality, offering a large-format machine that still fits on your desk. Its premium price is steep, but the machine's reliability, plug-and-play ease of use, and security features make it easy to recommend."
Make: Magazine — "The machine we've been waiting for"
"I printed large models on the CORE One L that easily stayed stuck in place all the way out to the edges, a feat many large printers struggle with."
VoxelMatters — "A high-precision workhorse"
"Reliable, easy to use, capable of delivering great prints over and over: Prusa's newest system is made for production runs."
TechRadar — "A new benchmark for all others to follow"
"One of the best 3D printers on the market, with more potential than any other."
"I was shocked at how well the machine handles complex geometries with exceptional precision, maintaining tolerances that rival specialized industrial equipment."
The printer is the big expense. After that it is filament and the occasional nozzle or print sheet.

Not a starter kit. A complete setup.
- Pre-calibrated printer — factory-calibrated including Input Shaper and Phase Stepping. Attach the display, pick a language, print.
- 1080p camera with night vision — detachable, for remote monitoring and timelapses, or leave it out entirely for maximum privacy.
- Two nozzles — a genuine high-flow 0.4 mm CHT pre-mounted, plus a 0.4 mm abrasive-resistant nozzle for reinforced and filled materials.
- Filament, sheet & tools — a 1 kg spool of Prusament PLA, a satin powder-coated print sheet and a full tool set.
- Free Prusa Academy course — a comprehensive online course on running, printing and maintaining the machine. Ideal for onboarding a team.
- Handbook & sample models — a printed 3D printing handbook and a USB drive with ready-to-print models. And, by tradition, a bag of gummy bears.
Unpack, plug in, start printing
The CORE One L+ is ready to print right after unpacking — roughly five minutes from opening the box to pressing Start. Everything is controlled through a simple touch interface, so most shops are producing useful parts the same day.
To help you get the most out of it, a comprehensive Prusa Academy course on the CORE One L+ is included at no extra cost with every machine. Perfect for newcomers, for education, and for onboarding new employees.

Fully enclosed CoreXY architecture
The CoreXY motion system moves the lightweight print head instead of the heavy base, allowing much higher speeds without losing quality. Input Shaper firmware compensates for vibration at speed, with travel speeds reaching 500 mm/s.

Robust steel exoskeleton
The exoskeleton from the CORE One+ has been reworked: still incredibly sturdy, but thanks to aluminum panels the L+ is actually lighter than the CORE One+ despite offering twice the print volume. Built like a tank, ready for the busiest workshop.
Nextruder with load cell
Direct drive with a 10:1 planetary gearbox and a physical load cell that measures force at the nozzle tip — it cannot be fooled the way optical sensors can. Fully automatic first-layer calibration, every time.
Automatic chamber vent control
The printer opens the top vent for low-temperature materials such as PLA and PETG and closes it for high-temperature materials, holding the right environment without any input from you.
Tool-free quick-swap nozzles
Change nozzle diameter or switch to the abrasive-resistant nozzle in about two minutes, with no tools and no re-calibration.
1080p camera with night vision
Included in the box. Monitor long jobs from anywhere and make timelapses — or unplug and remove it entirely when privacy matters more.
Ready for HVAC
The enclosure accepts the optional Advanced Filtration System with HEPA and active carbon, or can be ducted into shop extraction for continuous production with engineering materials.
Compact footprint, massive print volume
469 × 521 × 635 mm on the bench and 21.9 kg on the scale, for 30 liters of print space. Compared with the CORE One+ the footprint grows only slightly while the volume doubles. It still belongs on a work desk, not in a dedicated room.

The CORE One L+ never requires a network connection. Configure the printer, slice models and install firmware updates entirely offline, without sacrificing any feature or any performance. For environments with strict security protocols, the Wi-Fi module can be physically removed with a single screw.
Government agencies, high-clearance manufacturing and companies handling sensitive data can operate with the absolute guarantee that the printer will never send a single byte to any cloud infrastructure.
- Removable Wi-Fi module for air-gapped operation
- Ethernet is optional, not required
- Fully offline setup, slicing, operation and firmware updates
- Disconnect and remove the camera for complete privacy
- Critical Infrastructure edition available: zero Wi-Fi circuitry, no camera, certified encrypted USB drive

Designed and built in the EU and USA
Prusa maintains full control over manufacturing and supply chain, producing its critical electronics on its own PCB line in Prague, with a factory in Delaware. The CORE One L+ is TAA compliant, which is required for US government and federal contractor purchases.

Making 3D printers since 2012
From the heart of Europe to the entire world
Prusa Research is a 3D printer manufacturer based in Prague, Czech Republic — now a team of over 1,000 people, with a factory in Delaware, USA. It started as a one-man project: in 2010, Josef Prúša designed an open-source printer that hobbyists could actually afford.
Years later the company is still in Prague, still independently owned, and still making printers the same way — designed in-house, built to last, and shared openly with the community that helped build them. Prusa runs a print farm of hundreds of its own machines around the clock, which is where every design gets its real test.
