Ready for Revo. Change nozzles at room temperature using just your fingers. No complex tools, no hot tightening. Revo Nozzles are a factory sealed nozzle and heatbreak in one, so they’re easy to fit and can’t leak material when in use.

New hotness. A Revo HeaterCore heats up in seconds. It’s much safer too – unlike other solutions on the market, a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) means the Revo HeaterCore can not melt at extreme temperatures: power reduces as it gets hotter, so hazards are reduced in the event of a thermal runaway.

Runs cool, looks cool. With an anodised black heatsink, not only does Revo Micro run cool – it looks cool, too.

Flexible to any setup. Revo Micro plays nice with Bowden and direct drive setups, but its lightweight construction makes it an ideal choice for Bowden setups.

Please note:

- This kit does not include any 3D printed mounts

- The Revo Micro fan must be connected using the 5V regulator unless connecting directly to a 5V pin

- This kit comes with 100mm of PTFE tube.

Worth it just for the all-metal hotbed upgrade on Prusa Mini+

I am one of those Prusa Mini+ owners that was cursed with a finicky hot end. I was able to get some great prints, but I was not having the “workhorse” or “set it and forget it” experience that I read about before buying Prusa. This hotend (plus reprinting part of the original extruder) has changed everything. I haven’t taken advantage of the nozzle swapping yet, but the print quality and ease of maintenance are enough to justify the upgrade IMO. Just be ready to rethink your temp settings on old filaments.

Good hotend (but issues with E3D mount)

Installed this on my Prusa Mini. E3D's first edition mount had heat creep issues. The Mini firmware undervolts the hotend fan, which couldn't keep up when printing PLA. I had no issues printing PETG or ABS. They subsequently released a second edition mount that uses the stock fan. Although this is louder, the heat creep went away. It's now working reliably on my Mini.

Love it!

Was an easy upgrade and well worth the cost and trouble!

The ONLY hotend!

I have been using E3D hotends for over 5 years, now. I run my own print farm where all of my printers are equipped with E3D V6's. When the Revo got announced, I was incredibly excited. When I got one to finally test out, I was blown away. All of the high quality you would expect from E3D in a more convenient package. Running a farm and being able to change nozzles without tools or heat tightening made it a no brainer for me. That convenience alone is worth every penny. I'm currently in the middle of converting the rest of my printers to the Revo. This is the ONLY hotend for me.
