  • The HeaterCore secures onto a Revo-compatible cold side using a Revo HeaterCore spring (included). After it’s attached, just screw in a Revo Nozzle and you’re ready for simple, tool-free nozzle swaps that don’t need hot tightening.
  • Heats up much faster than a typical heaterblock. It’s designed to be much safer, too – a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) means power reduces as it gets hotter, reducing hazards in the event of a thermal runaway.
  • Compatible with many popular 3D printers such as Creality CR series and Ender series, Prusa, Anet, Biqu, Monoprice, and many more.

    Perfect Replacement

    Popped the spring on, tucked the new wires into my cable management, did a PID tune, and it was good as new.

    Solved my problem

    Easy to install. Took less than 3 minutes including cutting and reinstalling tie straps. Solved my overheating issue. The heat is very consistent now.

    Junk heater cores with continuity issues. Bummed I spent all this money and time converting to Revo Six.

    These have been nothing but trouble -- I've had at least four fail under moderate use with highly intermittent thermistor connectivity faults -- all wires routed carefully, strain relieved, etc. And the faults are very difficult to reproduce, so it's not an easy diagnostic -- just have to replace the damn things. Unfortunately now that I've got two of my three printers running Revo Six nozzles, I'm stuck with them for the foreseeable future. Pretty disappointed.
