Which spools are free?
Any in-stock 1kg Jessie Premium PLA or PETG spool ($24.99). One free spool per order. Elixir, 2.3kg spools and transition rolls are not included.
Which warranty do I add for my Gen 2 printer?
Pick the option that matches your printer on the extended warranty page, for example "CORE One+ Printer Assembled" for the CORE One+ (Gen 2) Assembled. The matching warranty is free with your printer.
Gen 2 printers are on backorder. Will I still get the offer?
Yes. Orders placed during the sale keep the free warranty and spool, and ship in the order they were received.
Can I combine the offers?
Yes. A Gen 2 printer can get the free warranty, the free spool and 25% off a nozzle on the same order.
