Exact replacement for my original textured bed that wore out after 4+ years.

Exactly what I needed for PETG

I fought with glue and painters tape layers while trying to print PETG on the smooth PEI sheet for literal years. After simple Z offset calibration, it just works. Plus, swapping is super easy with the firmware profiles. Fantastic quality, fast US shipping. I did scrape off a bit of the white border near the purge line because I'm impatient, but its just cosmetic.

Buyer Beware - Never Again!!!

I made a mistake that I definitely won't repeat, and honestly, it's a bit amusing how it unfolded. So, I decided to order two textured beds from Print Solid instead of directly from Prusa to support a domestic business. When I received the beds and opened one up, I immediately noticed it was completely different from the Prusa textured beds I've been using for years. It had this glossy sheen to it, and no matter what I tried—scrubbing with soap and water, following all the usual break-in procedures—nothing seemed to stick to the beds, even when printing PETG at temperatures exceeding 250°C. I even tried printing large parts with a significant footprint, only to have them break away during printing. Frustrated, I attempted to print on my old MK3s+ with the same disappointing results, especially when compared side by side with my trusty old textured beds. I reached out to Print Solid, asking for either a replacement or a refund, but was taken aback when I received an email claiming that the beds were directly from Prusa and that there would be no refund since the package had been opened. To add insult to injury, they insisted that I foot the bill for return shipping of the unopened bed and also pay for the original shipping, which had been free due to my order totaling over $50. It felt like a slap in the face! After numerous email exchanges, I was advised to contact Prusa directly. I provided them with pictures and examples of failed prints, and while they acknowledged that something was indeed wrong with the beds, they shrugged off any responsibility, offering no refund or exchange. Feeling utterly frustrated and incredulous, I circled back to Print Solid, only to be reminded of their strict policy against accepting returns on opened items. It was a stalemate. After countless hours of back-and-forth emails, I finally threw in the towel and reached out to my credit card company to file a dispute, which is currently underway. If I could rate this experience, I'd give it a -10 stars, without a doubt.
