After getting the Thermal anomaly message after the latest firmware update on my Mk3 it was time for a new thermistor. Easy change out and a chance to clean out the hotend. Back in business in 15 min. No more error messages

I know you pay a premium and don't have to wait as long as ordering from Prusa, but the markup is alittle overboard

I’m not an engineer, I’m a small business owner. I use my Prusa to manufacture a small part - 2 runs of 8 hours per day - 3 - 4 days a week. It’s been performing like a champ for three months until I wasn’t paying attention and it created a large PETG blob that covered the print head and melted the thermometer. It was so bad, I gave up on the print head and ordered a new one. After three sessions, I finally got the old print head unstuck and removed the old thermometer wires. Now I’m stuck again and have to go buy some zip ties, which are required for reassembly. Fortunately I had some help from a fellow Prusa owner, but for me, this was not an easy fix.. It’s still not running and I had to buy a new (2nd) Prusa to keep up with our requirements for this printed part.
