After struggling some with getting Hueforge prints to look like I wanted, I decided that "guessing" the TD for my filaments was not working. The TD-1 takes all the guesswork out of the process. I bought the pre-assembled version and it worked great right out of the box.

The unit is unable to read color. I talked to customer service and it's a known problem. If that is wrong, that puts the TD is question. Also, the case print was less than stellar. Having said that, the customer support is excellent. I'm continuing to use an pretending the TD is accurate.
