So you think you are an expert in 3D printing? As a Printed Solid customer support representative you will be tested everyday. Our customers vary from government, corporate and education users to people who just got their first printer. We also cater to people who like to build from scratch and modify printers and every skill level in between. Not just a few brands but all brands. Are you ready for the challenge? Are you able to help us keep response times to under 24 business hours for customer satisfaction?
Job Requirements:
- Strong 3D printing knowledge
- Desire to continue to learn more about 3D printing
- Strong customer support via email and phone and live chat
- Ticketing systems like freshdesk
- Microsoft Excel, Word
- Ability to work independently to solve problems
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks to completion
- Motivated to proactively identify and implement process improvements
- Ability to partner with a global team to obtain needed results
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Job is not a remote position
