NANO POLYMER ADHESIVE

UNMATCHED
BED ADHESION

Designed for PEEK, ULTEM™, PPSU,and other high-performance FDM polymers, this build plate glue works for nearly every filament - Nylon, ABS, ASA, PLA, PETG, PEI, PSU, and almost every filament we've tested

WORKS ON MOST SURFACES:

CB board, FR4, Garolite, Carbon Fiber, Creality Glass (non-coated), Fiberglass, BuildTak™, PEI, WhamBam, Flex Plates, Kapton tape, and more.

PATENT PENDING - OVER A YEAR IN DEVELOPMENT

Back in January of 2018, the journey began. We went straight to the top - adhesive-specialized material scientists. Very quickly, we created the perfect adhesive, keeping high-performance materials like solidly attached to the build plate -- no mess, no wasted time, just pure grip.

At Vision Miner, we know how tough printing high-temperature thermoplastics can be. There’s nothing worse than starting a print job just to find out that your base layer shifted and your printer has been extruding on open air for the past five hours.

That’s why we spent almost a YEAR consulting material scientists to formulate a new nano polymer adhesive -- light years ahead of what any glue stick can do.

Formulated in Costa Mesa, California, we're proud to finally announce the BEST build plate adhesive for high-temperature thermoplastics. Designed specifically for PEEK and PEI, this build plate glue is our solution for adhesion with extreme pulling forces.

Withstanding pull-force pressures over 20,000 PSI, this adhesive works on multiple surfaces -- borosilicate glass, carbon fiber, PEI, and more.

What's more -- it works on PPSU, PPS, PSU, Nylon, ABS, ASA, Polycarbonate, and even more filaments. For PLA and PETG, you can use the same coating 50+ times -- and each bottle has over 300 7"x7" coatings worth of adhesive.

Designed for PEEK, PEI, and high-temp materials

NO MESS like Glue Stick or Hair Spray - Better Grip

Works on Many Surfaces (glass, carbon, resins, etc)

  Easy to clean and re-apply

Works with normal-temp materials like ABS, PLA, and Nylon

Made from safe, non-toxic, organic compounds

HOW TO APPLY

  • Clean Glass (use water, windex, or alcohol)
  • Apply Adhesive (spread evenly on Build Area)
  • Calibrate your first layer height
  • Print Your Part
  • Remove part

HIGH TEMP

When you're extruding over 300ºC, remove the part as quickly as possible. You want the build plate and part to be HOT when you remove it --  high-temp materials contract extremely quickly when cooling, and parts can shatter glass in less than 30 seconds. This is why we made our carbon-fiber plates for high-temp materials.

LOW TEMP

When you're extruding below 300ºC, generally you can remove the part as soon as the plate cools. With materials like PLA or PETG, it usually pops itself off the plate. If it sticks too much, you can apply water around the base of the part, which will help it release. Make sure your first layer is PERFECT -- if it is too close, even without adhesives, ABS & PETG will break and chip glass.

CAUTION when using ABS & PETG on Glass

Even without adhesives, ABS & PETG are well known to break and chip glass.

ABS contracts very quickly when it cools; because of this, the risk of chipping, chunking, or breaking glass is higher with ABS. We recommend using Kapton Tape, PEI, or some other type of protective surface on top of glass when printing ABS.

Make sure your first layer is PERFECT -- if it is too close, you risk breaking your glass. This is well documented in the community and we are not responsible for your broken build plates, especially when your first layer is smashed into the plate. Many people have set an extra-close z-offset to stick their filament to the bed -- with our adhesive, this is unnecessary.

ENSURE PROPER LEVELING. High-temp materials must be removed extremely quickly. High Performance Polymers cool faster than glass, which can cause chipping. Prevent this by removing parts quickly. Again, this has nothing to do with our adhesive, and has happened well before we developed this wonder-product :)
