This extruder is an evolution of our previous high-resolution extruder upgrade for the Prusa Mini.
Filament Sensor
The new filament sensor for Prusa Mini/+ may be mounted inside the extruder housing.
The IFS Extruder for Prusa Mini may be used without the filament sensor. With a simple process it is easy to later update it to fit the Prusa Filament Sensor inside.

United StatesIf you don't have a Bondtech Extruder, you NEED a Bondtech extruder!
Been running my IFS on the Prusa Mini+ for around 4 months now and as I sit here printing Voron 2.4 parts in ABS I'm wondering why anyone would use any other extruder on a Mini+. Can't say enough good things! Do yourself a favor and get one!!!

I'm no stranger to Bondtech or Prusa and as usual this is a fantastic extruder! I really like how they incorporated the filament sensor into it so it's no longer hanging free off the Prusa MINI. I didn't really like the extruder design on the MINI and after installing this the layer consistency was much better.
