REFUND AND WARRANTY POLICY
Our general policy lasts 90 days for Printed Solid Brand products. We defer to individual manufacturer policies otherwise. If you are outside the 90 days for Printed Solid brand products or the manufacturers warranty period we can not offer you a refund or exchange for any reason. Printers are an exception to this and have their own policy that is specific to each printer. This is explained below.
RETURNS OF UNUSED ITEMS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Opened, but unused, items may be considered for returns with a restocking fee on a case by case basis. Opened 3D Printers are an exception to this and may not be returned.
Item will be refunded based on actual price paid minus shipping and any export/import fees for international orders or a shipping charge (our actual shipping cost) on free shipping items.

- Downloadable software products
- Opened 3D printers
To complete your return, we require a reference to the original order number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition with unopened packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Our return rate is very low, so returns are inspected in a batch once a month, so the time between sending the return and having the return inspected and return processed could be up to 30 days.
Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your original payment method account again.
Then contact your payment method company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When the item you ordered is free shipping, our actual shipping cost for your original order will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3D PRINTER SPECIFIC POLICIES
As a more advanced piece of hardware, each 3D Printer company has their own policy for warranty, return, and exchanges. Printed Solid will follow this policy.
