Right out of the box, my bed was perfectly flat. After a few cycles of heating and cooling, it had a bit more warp than I would have liked (which is pretty unavoidable with this kind of hardware), but that was easily counteracted by changing from 3x3 to 7x7 mesh leveling. It heats evenly and consistently. For a good quality and well-priced MK52 bed that ships from within the US, you really can't beat this. Very happy with this purchase overall

For the life of me why would you include a thermistor but no tape ? Make it the complete package
